Education and Background
Dr. Clint Stillwell was born in Ft Smith, AR but grew up in Mandeville, LA, just north of New Orleans. Dr. Stillwell joined the Army after high school and was deployed to Iraq on two different occasions from 2005-2010 before deciding to pursue a career in medicine. He moved back to Louisiana and attended LSU for his undergraduate studies, medical school and residency. He completed a fellowship with Pennington Biomedical Research in Baton Rouge for bariatrics and minimally invasive fellowship before moving back to Arkansas to perform advanced minimally invasive surgery and bariatrics. Dr. Stillwell maintains a membership with the American Society for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
