She has extensive experience in clinical settings. Prior to joining the Roller Weight Loss team, Elaine worked for Sparks Adult Medicine in Fort Smith where she performed physical assessments on patients, handled the diagnosis and treatment of disease processes and managed Type I and Type II diabetes treatment. She also worked at Sparks Spiro Clinic in Oklahoma as a certified diabetes educator and conducted diabetes education classes. Additionally, Elaine has Face-to-Face Home Services, Merck Journey for Control, Cooper Clinic and for AstraZeneca as a member of the diabetes pharmaceutical speaker bureau.

Elaine enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and running.
