Homemade Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 4 Multi-grain saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 3 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp dried dill
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- ¾ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
- ¾ cup low fat sour cream
Directions:
- Place crackers in a zip-close bag and crush the crackers into a fine powder
- Add spices to the bag and shake well
- In a bowl mix yogurt, sour cream and 2 Tbsp of spice mix
- Mix well
- Serve with your favorite vegetables

Shrimp Ceviche
Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium raw shrimp
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 can diced tomatoes with peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro to taste
Directions:
- Cut shrimp into 1 inch pieces and place in a bowl
- Pour lemon juice on shrimp and stir
- Place in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes
- Drain tomatoes and peppers
- Combine tomatoes and peppers with shrimp
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add cilantro leaves on top to taste
- Serve chilled

Summer Strawberry Protein Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of Bari Life Strawberry Protein
- 8 oz of fat free cold milk
- 5 strawberries
Directions:
- Empty the packets of Bari Life in a bowl
- Add milk and stir
- Dice the strawberries and add to bowl
- Stir all ingredients together
- Pour into 4 popsicle molds
- Freeze
To be enjoyed 6 months post-operative
